Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your School2Success account and everything about your family at any time.

On the website

Open Your privacy choices, sign in with the email you use for School2Success, and choose Withdraw and ask for erasure. We stop at once and finish within 30 days, usually much sooner.

In the app

Open Account → Privacy → Withdraw and erase. It works the same way.

Without the app

Email school2succss@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us your child's first name so we find the right family.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, your email and mobile number
• Your children's names, classes, quiz answers and results
• Questions, answers, reflections, routes, reports, session bookings and notes

What we keep

Payment records (amount, date, plan and payment reference), without your name or contact details, because Indian tax law requires us to keep them. Nothing else.
