Every fact has a source
Fees, seats, exam rules and pay figures come from where they are published: the exam body, the college, the regulator or a named report. We link to it, so you can read it yourself.
Official sources first
Where an official source exists, we use it. When a figure is only in a news report, we say so and mark it as secondary.
Every figure is dated
Fees and rules change every year. Each figure shows the year it applies to and the date we last checked it.
A second person checks
Before a career goes live, a second person on our team checks each figure against its source. Families see nothing until that check is recorded.
Mistakes are put right
If you find something wrong, tell us. We correct it, and the career shows the new date it was checked.
No promises we can't keep
We never promise marks, an admission, a job or a salary. Pay is shown as the figures a source reports, never as what your child will earn.
